Looks like a finesse punch rig! Definitely a fish catcher it looks like. Even though I've never punched real vegetation in my life, I value those skirts as they add bulk to your bait, without weighing them down. It almost seems it does the opposite by providing drag when your bait sinks.

If you mean tube, I have a pontoon now. Will use it at Barrett. The rock is located, you launch head straight out look right for the squirrel sitting on the rock and it is in the water 14 ft deep. It was not a big rock so go slow or you will miss it.

So just FYI, I took down the video from Youtube. I didn't realize at the time or when I posted that there are no longer boats allowed in Hidden Bay.
