Happy Thanksgiving

Total of 7 in a half day of fishing. I saw a few busters, but was unable to get them to rise on my walking baits. Got a couple of jig fish, all the rest came via a small crank bait. Biggest was 2.5.

I was out in my tube yesterday. The water was maybe a foot lower even after the rains. Still definitely not a boat friendly launch.

Finally got into some nicer fish at Murray. Final count was 5. All fish were over two pounds with one going 3.5 and another was 4.5. It really was a beautiful early December day.

Nice to have a day that wasn't a total dinkfest :D

For those of you interested the DFG stocked Murray yesterday with trout. I have no idea how many pounds, but it wasn't a tremendous amount, and they were small. Most appeared around 10 inches.
