Besides, I give you the honest weight. I’m not the guy who lies about the weight no matter how
big they look in a picture. No respect for guys who do that.

Its funny ...

Murray 7/9

Topwater season has arrived full force at the Murr with fish busting all over the lake. I saw a few good sized ones come up, but mostly they were small, and chasing tiny bait. I got a handful on my usual topwater walkers, but I swear they have been practicing how to throw a lure when they jump ...

Quanity or quality..easy choice

I was on the water by 5:30 and had a choice to make, go after the smaller schooling busters or sit on the rock piles hoping for bigger fish on the bottom! Easy choice, I just can't pass up a topwater frenzy! I ended up with 22 fish on top, mostly 2 to 3 1/2lbers, caught on various flukes and a ...

7/16 First time at Miramar

Took the tube out at Miramar from about 9-11:30. Landed a couple Dinks on the drop shot roboworm and lost a nice one on the buzz bait. Fun little morning. Sorry for the lack of photos. 8-)

Murray 7/16

My last few visits at Murray have been dominated by dinks and clones. Still catching decent numbers, but most have been small. Today I finally got on a little better bite. Not giants but got 3 in the upper two and lower 3 lb. range. Flipping the edge of tules with a jig. It certainly ain't power ...
