On a day like today where we are experiencing lots and lots of rain and I am not fishing, I woke up early, grabbed a cup of coffee and started my morning off checking out bass fishing videos on YouTube. It is amazing how many bass fishing videos are out there. I kept watching more and ...

Seriously , though, Why can't I just have one tackle box like Grandpa did?

My father inherited an old tackle box from his uncle when he was a kid which had all types of old wooden baits in it and other type baits.
I still have all of them and many looked kind of line early versions of swimbaits ...

Nice job! You’re doing better than anyone I’ve talked to there in the last few weeks. Skunks and one fish or two fish is the best I’ve heard. Guessing small baits is the key to success. Thanks for sharing and tight lines.

You and most of us are attracted to pretty bass lures and we become fishing tackle "ho's." It's not your fault brother, you're the victim!!
I tell myself that every time I go shopping for tackle (sure am glad my wife is not aware of this fishing site).

I was born in San Diego, but have lots of relatives in Pennsylvania......mostly around Philly. The fans there are a lot more
crazy than out here. I have been back there about 35 times ...

turn up the volume on my external speakers
and its like I am setting the hook and reeling
them in. My mouth sometimes even waters

I agree with Camobass as when I used to throw them years ago the green crawdads always out fished the red ones.
I will always remember catching bass after bass in Carol Cove at Lake Miramar in about 25 feet of water decades ago.
They were just nailing the green ones and then I hooked on a red one ...

I saw that video and thought how many thousands of dollars I could save not buying more and more fishing tackle
if I could do that….. ha ha

Geez....just reading how cold it was in the morning made me cold. I guess with all the cold and rainy
weather and twisting my knee(as another excuse), I am beginning to forget how to get up and go fishing this year....ha ha

Actually was a pretty good game and that missed point after played a big part, but overall I was pretty happy that the refs did
not play a factor in the KC win. Now it is time for baseball.
