There are very few options for using an SUP on lakes in San Diego. SUPs are allowed at Lake Hodges and San Vicente. The way I learned (which could very well be wrong) is to fish the wind at your front, or blowing towards you. The reason being is that the top water current will blow any forage towards you and any fish looking for a meal will follow that forage.

Its always interesting to see these types of responses and learn that I'm doing things the opposite of the correct way almost every time, haha. No wonder I have such little luck.
