Headed back to the river for a little dirty water fishing as one day I expect to catch a 3-eyed bass similar to the one that aired on a Simpsons episode...ha ha

Anyway I landed a dink on a crank bait and later I was reeling in another bass and during the process, one of my rods ...

It has been a while since I found some quality at the local pond...but got a couple good ones Monday evening... on my 2nd cast/flip
about 5 minutes later...

Had another pretty good day at Murray jigging the edge of the tules. I got there a little late for most of the busters. Total count was 8. On the water by 8:30 and off by 12. I'll share the bait in the BFS section.

Ahh...redemption! Not the hog I was remembering, but learned a bit more about this body of water this morning. Here is the best of the 4 landed.

Had a really fun day at El Cap with Chris ( Pourboy ) and his friend Brad. Final count was 17. One jig fish, and everything else was topwater. A few dinks but most were 1-2 pound clones with 3 of them over 3 lbs.

I need to get out there.
Just remember be SAFE out there, less pressure means less help if needed.
