Re: Best pier for fishing with family.

Good luck, and enjoy your time with your sons...

If you're thinking of going, reserve early... I book as I'm leaving the year before... They ...

Torrey Pines 4/7

7:30 am to 9:30 am. Caught one small Halibut
and 7 Perch. Finally something bigger than 5 inches. Perch were all nice size, compared to what I have been catching lately.. you definitely should be the tide charts before you go down there.

I just fish when I can... I'll look at the tide tables, but rarely does it affect if I'm going or not... Maybe which beach though...

All those small perchies at least keeps you focused for something bigger & beats not getting action at all. Thanks for the report Joe. :)

Huntington Beach 5-1-22

A no-fish report… Got plenty of sand crabs at the depot, then headed to Huntington… Pretty flat, with no visible structure… There was a shallow trench almost dry that would fill and maybe be fishable at high tide… Only fished from 6:30-8:30 for not a single nibble.. talked to a few other anglers and ...

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Start by typing the "@" symbol, then the user name. Seems to work better for me on the web, as opposed to the phone. But again, it doesn't seem to work consistently.

Ok, that’s what I did… But it was on an IPad… So maybe it’s the same issue as with the ...
