Took a friend to Hodges and wanted to avoid all of my usual shore pounding, so rented a boat. Almost a quick start as I had a "dock monster" just miss while waiting for my buddy to arrive. Light wire spinnerbaits to me always seem to put out more vibration, but don't hold up to the abuse as long. I will sacrifice the baits longevity if it gets more bites. Totally agree with you as I am a fan of light wire too.

Like @VinnyBass I figure you are all tired of seeing my Murray posts. Still, I thought I'd share a couple of pics of a decent bass and a large bluegill caught on consecutive casts with the same bait. Fun!

Very nice. Looks that big bluegill hasn't come up shallow enough to get much color yet.
