I’m pretty happy with 3” and 4” Yamamoto craw. If you like rage craw give Yamamoto craw a try, same lot of action but last longer. I alway loose one craw after one or two bass with rage craw but not with Yamamoto.

Loveland Update , I have been told that a Loveland water transfer has started. I am not 100 percent sure but that makes sense.

Some of the problem lies here, county residents can not vote in city elections.
Tho the lakes are in the county , sounds like the fox is in charge of the hen house to me.

Can you imagine how crowded the lakes will be. I hate fishing on weekends.

What is the "basic rod" that you have?

Probably a spinning reel with a 7 foot rod rated for 4 to 10 lb test gives you a lot of flexibility to fish different places.

Fished a couple hours each morning for 3 days. Caught some nice ones.

All caught on ikas, flukes, or senkos. The weather this winter has made the spring bite funky. Not getting as many bites as I usually get on reaction baits this time of year.

Water 70+- and so GREEN!!!!! The whole lake!!! Visibility 6" at best.
