Decent topwater bite early this morning at the Murr. It was overcast for the first hour and they were busting everywhere! I managed 7 early then the sun burned off the fog and everything basically stopped. Caught 4 more out deeper after the sun then moved toward shore.

You did better than me! I got 3 gunfish topwater clones and a couple of real dinks on a tiny popper. It was a tough one for me. Maybe I need spoon and blade lessons haha.

Geez…hopefully I will remember how to fish the points and edges of the tulles because I’ve been fishing out in the middle of the lake so many trips in a roll and haven’t tossed any plastic worms etc.

I like the gun fish for down sizing the top hard baits. I think it's the 75mm. I know bait makers are going much smaller now, but I'm out of the loop=)
